Affidavit of Truth Instructions
The downloadable Affidavit of Truth is located below these instructions
1) Change the name on the affidavit
2) Change the county, state and place your name on the Jurat
3) Change anything therein if the party can not testify to any fact therein from their own personal knowledgfe and belief
4) Change the testimony of benefits from use of MMS in the body of the affidavit to include their other uses (such as cured breast cancer, etc...whatever their personal story is that should be included)
5) Once completed mail paper copies immediately to the addresses supplied below
